• Orders less than AED 500, AED 25 delivery fee will be applied.
• Dubai same day delivery if order is confirmed before 12 noon on the day.
• UAE next day delivery.
• 2 hour express delivery available for Dubai if the order is placed between 8:00 to 17:00 on the day at a charge of AED 50.

• Earrings due to hygienic reasons are final sale, can not be exchanged or returned.
• Customers have 3 calendar days to request for return from the date delivered.
• Items must not be washed, worn or used and in original condition.
• Upon confirmation of the status of goods, a refund process will take place.
• Exchange of goods is acceptable within 5 days of delivery date (conditioned to availability of exchange as some items are limited).
